Building relationships with potential candidates and current applicants and keeping in touch with past employees and candidates.
Building and managing a talent pool of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Browsing resume databases and portfolio sites.
Joining social media groups and professional networks and interacting with potential candidates.
Maintaining organized databases with candidates' data.
Attending job fairs and organizing career events.
Researching and recommending new sourcing tools and techniques.
Supporting the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates.
Managing recruitment operations (screening CVs, interviewing schedules,...)
Reporting recruitment status on weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a IT Headhunter,
IT Recruiter or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with report writing and data analytics.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites).
Excellent persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruitment emails).
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Korean language (advanced level - TOPIK 5 or above preferred)
