Mô tả công việc
1. HR Training:
Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions.
Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses
Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
Host some internal training sessions
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification, how to improve training effectiveness
2. HR Employee Engagement:
Support activities and organize internal events that promote employee engagement and culture: CSR, Factory Tour,
Corporate culture activities, 8/3 event,...
Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs through data analysis, feedback, and employee surveys. Use data to continuously improve strategies and demonstrate the value of engagement efforts.
Research and learn about current trends and best practices in employee engagement to ensure program effectiveness.
3. Other Tasks:
Work permit, Temporary Residence Card for foreigner experts
Housing issues for foreigner experts
Other tasks: manage & upload content to Intranet
Monitoring the internal social wall to ensure messaging aligns with our values.
Publishing engaging content to encourage employee engagement on the social wall.
Other tasks if required

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: University graduated, majoring in: Human Resources Management, Law
Experience: 1-2 years in Human Resources, with a focus on Training and Employee Engagement.
English: smoothly communication in English (TOEIC 600 or above)
Skills:
Good interpersonal skills
Have problem solving ability
Time Management
Dynamic, creative, eager to learn
Design skills in intermediate level
Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms
Experience: 1-2 years in Human Resources, with a focus on Training and Employee Engagement.
English: smoothly communication in English (TOEIC 600 or above)
