The Human Capital (HC) team at PwC Vietnam includes Human Resources and Learning & Development professionals. The HC team's vision is to attract, develop, reward and manage diverse and authentic leaders, at all levels, who can build strong relationships and serve our clients. We do this by partnering with business leaders to engage and retain our people through listening to their needs and designing innovative solutions.
We are pleased to invite ambitious and highly motivated candidates to apply for this new position, Senior Associate level in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Responsibilities:
• To assist Transformation Manager to review all current organization policies and procedures, identify potential issues and propose appropriate solution to ensure optimum performance for the organization
• To assist Transformation Manager in preparing presentation materials (decks);
• To work collaboratively with all Line of Service (LoS) to conduct business meetings, interviews for project data collection and prepare necessary reports;
• To analyse data and reports, to provide necessary inputs to Transformation Manager
• Work with internal team and stake holders to implement surveys and programs to ensure the best development practices are in place
• To assist Transformation to provide messages and communication required during transformation process
• To assist Transformation Manager to follow up on key deliverables after processes, policies and programs implemented

Requirements:
Education and Experience Level (viewed favourably):
• Degree in Human Resources or related fields;
• Have work experience in HR fields at least 3 years;
• Good knowledge of principles, policies and procedures of HR functions (Recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, HRIS)
• Proven experience in one or more of the following: process design, HR Transformation, project management, organisational design, policy harmonisation, HR tools and technology optimisation, change management
• Good understanding of HR legislations and processes, local labour laws
• Demonstrated steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities
• Good understanding of HR policies/procedures/processes and its link to business strategy;
• Good to have operational HR background with experience in implementing comprehensive HR programmes in a constantly changing, dynamic environment;
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work;
Personal Competencies:
• The ability to communicate effectively, consult with others, build relationships, facilitate group discussions, deliver presentations and understand change management;
• Ability to perform under time constraints to meet deadlines;
• Presentation skill, document processing and formatting;
• Ability to manage complex project supports;
• The ability and desire to work effectively in a matrix organisation;
• Advance user of office applications (Powerpoint, Words, Excel, Visio, Lotus Notes)
