Senior HR Business Partner (HRB)
to join an international working environment, where you will work closely with management, drive HR initiatives, and contribute to organizational effectiveness and sustainable business growth.

✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with line managers to provide HR consultation and day-to-day people management guidance.
Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and organizational needs to support data-driven decisions.
Handle employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution professionally.
Advise management on HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices.
Drive employee engagement, performance improvement, productivity, and talent retention initiatives.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
Recommend and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or a similar HR leadership/advisory role.
Strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and labor legislation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical thinking with practical experience in HR metrics and workforce planning.
Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and balance people needs with business priorities.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
English proficiency is required
to collaborate effectively in an international working environment.
