We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of HRBP Executive to join Stavian to GLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
1. HR Record Management
Data management: enter, update and manage employee data (personal information, employee tracks in whole time working for company)
Employee profiles management: Maintain and manage employee records accurately and securely.
2. HR Services
Implement paperwork tasks related to onboarding, off-boarding, transfers, dismissals, and appointments to ensure the efficiency and rigor of the HRBP operations within the system;
Manage HRBP documents: labor regulations, benefits implementation procedures... to ensure risk management in employee relations;
Act as a liaison between employees and the company, coordinating with other departments and functional units to address arising issues as needed.
3. HR Projects:
Participate in the Group's HR projects (HR software projects, performance evaluation, etc.)
4. Other tasks as assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu
From 2 years of HR generalist/HRBP
Thorough understanding of HR practices/Labor Law in Vietnam; being keen on learning and researching on HR matters
Excellent command of Word, Excel and Power Point;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High sense of responsibility, solution oriented / result oriented mindset;
Good adaptability and good ability of self-learning;
Good communication, negotiation;
Being careful, detail-oriented, good analysis skill;
Hardworking, able to handle work pressure.
