• HR partnering experience in the FMCG industry

Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner (BP) will be a strategic partner to the Sales team and is responsible for delivering the Fonterra people strategy and ensuring that people processes, programs and systems are aligned to strategy and objectives.
About the opportunity
• Partner with functional leaders on HR priorities from workforce planning insights and decisions to talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, career planning, succession planning and mobility, and strategic talent reviews.
• Ensure the organization's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
• Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
• Design and drive functional engagement agenda.
• Define, align, and develop organization capability in line with business objective to drive organization performance.
• Identify business need, shape design and align among leadership team to skill up people.
• Identify and develop key talents with potential to fill leadership/critical positions, accelerate development and readiness for future jobs.
• Coach and consult people managers about HR matters.
• Build and manage annual headcount and budget.
• Design initiatives to promote performance culture.
• To conduct exit interviews and complete the leaver process.
• Participate in common HR projects.
• Manage internal communication (include HR channel & platform).
• Perform other job-related assignments

Yêu cầu
About You
• University degree, preferably in HR Management/ Psychology/ English.
• More than 5 years' experience in HR with at least 2-3 years in HR partnering preferably in the FMCG environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Driven, learning agility and ownership mindset
• Experience in Learning and Development will be a strong plus
• University degree, preferably in HR Management/ Psychology/ English.
