Mô tả công việc
Job purpose:
Business Advisory and Delivery of HR Practices and Programs
• Under direction of Senior HRBP and business leaders to tackle talent management issues and provides advice on people matters and propose solutions/ approaches to any staff related issues.
• Partner with business leaders/ managers in designated functions in SLV, provide guidance/advice to business decisions impacting people, in order to maximize company performance, morale and productivity.
• Support Senior HRBP to facilitate and advise business leaders/managers on change management and transformation for the designated functions
• Understand and monitor the people metrics and work in collaboration with business leaders/managers and Senior HRBP to improve the metrics, hence improve the efficiency and productivity of the respective functions.
• Understand the personnel expense report and analysis and work in collaboration with business leaders/manager to evaluate the needs of resources (headcounts, personnel budget). Work with Senior HRBP and business leaders/managers to propose the redistribution of resources initiatives to meet the organizational outcomes.
Culture and Employee Engagements
• Works with the Senior HRBP, Senior HR in Talent team and business leaders/managers to foster the BOLDER culture. Facilitate and support initiatives to engage and inspire employees to consistently contribute their best and work with business leaders to drive employee engagement level across the organization.
• Work with business leaders in designated functions to act on employee engagement survey results to improve employee engagement. Provide Voice of Employees back to HR teams in order to provide feedback for continuous improvements in Talent and Culture Practices and Programs.
Other HR projects or tasks as assigned

Specialized knowledge:
• Having knowledge and understanding of HR programs/HR interventions;
• Having strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Strong data analysis acumen and focus on accuracy and attention to details;
• Strong interpersonal skills including listening and influencing skills;
• Team player who understands and advocates One HR team (ie. able to connect and build strong collaboration with internal HR team)
• Ability to manage own time and workload and juggle conflicting priorities;
• Can-do attitude, have aptitude to develop and learn new things ;
• High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
Problem solving
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities;
• Problems are generally defined;
• Proven ability to establish personal credibility quickly, demonstrate the organisation's values and build trust with colleagues at all levels
Education and experience:
• Prefer Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management or related field;
• Prefer at least 5 years of experience in HR with experience in supporting and collaborating with first line manager in any HR areas (compensation, talent acquisition, training and development)
• Basic understanding of Vietnam Labor Code;
• Having knowledge and understanding of HR programs/HR interventions;
• Having strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Strong data analysis acumen and focus on accuracy and attention to details;
• Strong interpersonal skills including listening and influencing skills;
