Mô tả công việc
* Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of colleague information for HR department planning and activities.
* Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
*Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other human resources computer applications and systems.
* Provide technical guidance and support to HR teams, by being the first point of contact for inquiries and provide training as needed
* Work as administrator to create security model based on functional responsibilities and configure HR system to enforce the security access to data.
* Provide excellent customer service to our valued co-workers in supporting their needs
Yêu cầu
* 3-5 years of related experience in a HR analyst or HRIS role
* Extremely strong Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge
* Good communication skills both written and verbal (English & Vietnamese)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* A college or university degree in Business, HR and/or IT related disciplines
