Mô tả công việc
- Integrated HR IT System management, HR data analytics, tools and data sources, HR IT Transformation and the related IT Project management.
- HR data protection management, HR data retention and deletion.
- Training activity management.
+ In charge of HR orientation program for newcomers.
+ Follow-up with Training vendors for related processes of vendors creation, training content, service contract and payment.
+ Coordinate with internal/ external trainers and relevant participants for training organizing.
+ Manage all training records: participant attendance, training cource feedback, vendor/ trainer evaluation...
Yêu cầu
-Candidate must have a college/university degree.
-Proficient in English (work environment uses 100% English).
-Have relevant work experience, with preference given to those who have worked in multinational companies.
-Knowledge and skills in HR and IT to ensure job performance.
