HSE Manager

• Develop and manage all health, safety and environmental processes within site in accordance with regulatory requirements and legal requirements.
• Comply with all safety related rules, policies and procedures authorized by senior management board.
• Perform regular jobsite inspections of all sites in order to identify any unsafe work practices and unsafe conditions to take the preventive or corrective actions.
• Provide HSE direction, assistance and support for corrective actions and recommendations to assure site HSE improvements.
• Ensure safety best practices are being utilized during all site activities.
• Determine causes of unsafe conditions and injury claims through procedure, equipment / facilities inspections and worker observation. Provide corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor and conduct training safety activities at site.
• Set up, maintain and develop safety procedure to ensure that Health, Safety & Environment Plans are reviewed and updated accordingly.
• Regularly carry out Safety Surveys to ensure that any preventive/corrective actions are stated and are then monitored to complete accurately.
• Represent the company in liaising with external and internal contact to develop effective relationship with clients.
• Ensure all regulatory documentation and records are maintained.
• Apply adequate disciplinary procedures for employees who violate the HSE regulations.
• Train subordinates and help team members to develop their skill and knowledge.
