Mô tả công việc
Develop a strategy to meet the company's goals and encourage the implementation of a good practice program
Review and update Labor, HSE policies and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and plan preventive measures
Provide support and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations on factory management
Conduct internal audits
Comply with all applicable Vietnamese laws, company standards and HSE policies and procedures
Perform work related to Safety - Health - Environment:
Plan safety training for staffs, suppliers, contractors and deploy safety training on planning
Supervise and implement safety activities in the factory and correct errors
Complete safety related reports and update Safety Law/ Support Comply with local EHS and regulations
Plan for environmental conservation and energy saving activities of the year
Develop safety, loss control targets and KPIs
Coordinate implementation of company Core Standards, and inspections with the senior manager
Implement an EHS training plan to staffs
Schedule, implement and evaluate occupational health and safety.
Plan, monitor and evaluate the HSE committee's annual work plan.
Monitor and check health, safety and fire compliance in the workplace
Coordinate with relevant departments to periodically check and evaluate machines and equipment
Complete other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu
Holds a degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, bio-chemistry, ergonomics or occupational hygiene from an approved university or a professional diploma in engineering or a diploma in ergonomics or occupational hygiene, health and safety from an approved college.
Has completed relevant training and passed a written examination set forth by the government of the country as legal requirement for registration as professional engineer.
Being a registered profession as Health & Safety Engineer, Safety Officer.
Has not less than 3 to 5 years practical experience relevant to the work to be performed by a safety officer under the requirement;
Experience in Footware/Garments Company is preferred.
Language: Fluency in English
