HSE Manager

HSE Manager is responsible for managing, steering and leading HSE members and Department as a whole to work well as policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, company compliance and Code of Conduct of the framas Group;
Responsible for common HSE management:
• Keep contacts with relevant local government agencies; Sustain the compliance of HSE as the laws and customer requirement; Instruct, check documents to respond audit; Deploy controlling measures on HSE in the factory; Maintain operation of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) committee; Supervise the fee payment of wastewater treatment, HSE sevices
Responsible for emergency response:
• Risk assessment on specific topics for response; Set up, hold practice, support prapare resources to emergency response procedure for defined topic
Responsible for managing safety:
• Support hazard identification, risk assessment on occupational safety & health; Supervise the order, distributing, using PPE; Manage chemical handling, storage, disposal; Support strictly required equipment management; Support contractor management
Responsible for environment management:
• Supervise wastes management in the company; Support sustainable activities such as waste reduction program, awareness improvement; Consult measures on environment protection
Responsible for occupational health management:
• Supervise periodic health examination and occupational disease examination; working environment monitoring periodically; operation of first aid room and matters relevant to occupational health; meal hygiene management at canteen; Occupational health management
