Job purpose:
The HSE manager is responsible for a key contact of working with all departments (including internal & external services) to ensure health, safety & environment to all people including employees and visitors, all assets (buildings, machinery) that comply with law regulations & client's standards.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the Production Centre follows all laws and standards (including but not limited to Standard Procedures, Safety, Environment, Sustainability, 5S).
2. Lead the certification process for the Production Centre (including but not limited to Corporate Audit and other external audits).
3. Ensure that the overall Production Centre is adequately secured and monitored.
4. Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes.
5. Manage projects that aim to improve the compliance standards in the Production Centre as required.
6. Initiate movements, conduct and monitor training to all Production Centre associates related to Compliance.
7. Perform other tasks related to the position of Compliance as necessary.
8. Facilitate the identification of improvement opportunities by the development of compliance strategy deployment activities.
9. Understand regulations and principles of Safety, Environment, Audit requirements and other local law regulations.
10. Cooperate with local authorities on safety and hygiene matters. and report about safety and hygiene in the Production Centre.
11. Set up, follow up a regular safety audit as required by Global and local GMM.
12. Maintain the updated Production Centre Data Base related to the Corrective/Preventive Actions.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by his/her stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor/ Engineering degree in Environment, Chemistry, HSE, ...
2. Well versed with all local Environmental, Safety and Health regulations
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment Management, manufacturing environment is a must
4. Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence with colleagues at all levels
5. Process orientated high compliance level towards code of conducts
6. Good command of English (Speaking & Writing)
