HSE Manager

Eligibility: Graduation from University.
Major: Chemistry/ Chemistry Analytical/ Environment Technology/ Environment Management/ Environment Science/ Labor Protection
Required:
• Got the certificate of Safety and Health Practice, Fire Fighting Training, First Aid.
• At least 5 years of working experience in HSE field, include at least 2-3 years of management/supervision roles in factories, industrial parks or construction projects.
• Master of the Laws on Occupational Safety and Health, the Law on Environmental Protection, and Vietnam's fire protection regulations.
• Ability to assess risks, identify hazards and provide timely remedial measures.
• Knowledge and certificates of internal audit for ISO standard as ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety).
• English - Be good at writing/speaking.
Desire:
• Working experience in chemical plant or related process industries (advantage).
• Oversee all operations of the HSE department and foster a proactive safety culture throughout the company.
• Organize the training course relate to HSE to all employee.
• Responsible for complying with the law requirements regarding HSE inspection by the state agency.
• Representing and reporting to relevant government agencies on HSE matters when required.
