Mô tả công việc
Support the CEO in all issues relating to HSE & Security fields
• Setting up, implementing, and managing safety permit system.
• Checking work methods, Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) and provide recommendations to reduce risks.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and laws, Health and Safety, Security programs and expectations.
• Continuously evaluate Health and Safety, Security program implementation and develop / guide improvement.
• Coordinating / conducting compliance audits / reviews of manufacturing operations.
• Engaging / coaching contractors / operations leaders enabling them to successfully discharge their Health and Safety leadership responsibilities
• Preparing and conducting safety meetings / safety induction trainings / tool box meetings etc.
•Other tasks assigned by General Director
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Safety engineer.
• At least 08 years working experience in the field of Health and Safety.
• Attained knowledge proficiency in the development of Health & Safety Management System; establishing of policies, procedures and guidelines; conducting risk assessment, audit, inspection and accident investigation; managing of contractor.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) is an advance
• Computer literacy,
• Prefer candidates with manufacturing experience.
