HSE Senior Officer

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this role is to provide expertise and support in health, safety and environment issues for manufacturing activities at factory, in order to support the delivery of a safety culture and performance.
This role is responsible for developing the systems, skills, and supporting the culture at factory to provide a safe, secure and healthy work environment, which ensures regulatory compliance and adheres to HSE management systems through the development, implementation of strategic initiatives/plans and gap assessment.

1. HSE Strategy & Planning, Technical Advice
- Identify, translate and promote best practices at the factory and in the factory/ annual plan.
- Align Safety customer target, drive the team to get the performance
- Participate training from customer and Group to identify key goals, target for the Safety matter
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and corporate requirements for HSE and advise factory/ any changes or updates as required.
- Lead the team to develop and build up HSE procedure/ SOP and monitor the implementation
2. Auditing and reporting
- Responsible for the performance audit from Crystal group in Social compliance audit, SLCP, brand audit, social compliance in certification audit.
3. HSE Incident Management
- Support team member, to ensure HSE incidents are effectively investigation to identify root cause(s).
- Working with relevant departments to develop plans to mitigate such risks and minimize the labor accidents
- Timely reporting SKPI for the labor accident
- Lead on Risk assessment

Permit to work:
- Lead permit to work and control potentially hazardous work activities.
Contractor management:
- Support team member on managing contractor and supplier work at factory
5. Behavioral Safety & Culture
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of activities designed, to engage employees in improving HSE outcomes and culture.
- Enhance affect to Production team awareness and comply, not limit to HSE processes including LTIFR/ LTIIR/SR, HIRA, Root Cause Analysis, LOTOTO, PPE Assessments, Behavior Based Safety, Ergonomics, Permit to work, Contractor safety management, supplier safety management, emergency procedure and practice, etc.
