HSE Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As our HSE Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our safety culture. Your core responsibilities will include:
• HSE Program Management: Collaborating with the HSE/Safety Team, you'll prepare safety training materials, develop violation and daily/weekly reports, and meticulously follow up on safety violations and measures. This includes maintaining tracking lists of files and emails, and diligently filing and managing our safety database. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly safety and audit reports.
• Site Safety Oversight: Conduct daily site inspections, meticulously documenting safety measures and observations to ensure compliance with our rigorous standards.
• Program Supervision & Enforcement: Supervise our Safety and Health Program, with the authority to monitor and enforce all program elements. You'll periodically monitor the site across all shifts to ensure consistent adherence to the company's Safety and Health Program.
• System Implementation & Compliance: Drive the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSE) systems and procedures across the workplace. You will ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our HSE Management System, consistently adhering to all safety procedures and policies.
• Legal Compliance: Guarantee the company's full compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations.
• 5S Coordination: Serve as the 5S coordinator, motivating and monitoring the successful implementation of 5S activities throughout the company.
• Maintenance Support: Provide support in receiving maintenance requests and coordinating effectively with suppliers.
• Independent Assessments & Recommendations: Conduct independent assessments of our HSE practices, interpreting HSE regulations to provide informed recommendations for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to both internal stakeholders and external authorities.
