HSE Staff (Nhân Viên An Toàn)

- Coordinate with departments to ensure employees and facilities strictly comply with fire prevention and fighting (PCCC), medical, security standards, and legal regulations.
- Regularly patrol the work area to promptly detect and resolve potential hazards and unsafe working conditions; maintain and well-control 5S standards.
- Coordinate with departments to inspect new machinery before operation and conduct periodic testing/inspection to ensure equipment safety.
- Establish necessary safety procedures/measures and perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for each position/type of work.
- Analyze safety factors, assess occupational risks, and propose preventive measures to ensure occupational safety and health (OSH).
- Organize safety campaigns and communication activities to raise occupational safety awareness among all staff members.
- Disseminate, guide, inspect, supervise, and urge the implementation of Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) and fire prevention regulations and standards for all personnel.
- Manage, inspect, and maintain fire prevention and firefighting equipment.
- Conduct safety training, prepare periodic reports, and handle occupational accident incidents (if any).
- Supervise and manage safety for subcontractors when working within the company's premises.
