HSE Staff

• Conduct factory walk thought to check all activities comply with safety, environment, sustainability, procedure, standard and make weekly HSE report.
• Work closely with all teams to identify Health - Safety - Environment risk, find solutions to improve, follow up implementation until completion.
• Follow and Implement Safety, Environment, Sustainability action plan.
• Check the Fire protection system and Work closely with the Fire Fighting team to ensure the fire safe regulation.
• Work closely with relevant team to conduct Occupational and Environmental monitoring plan and machine, equipment to strict OSH Requirements inspection plan.
• Follow up and Update (if any) the PPE matrix, tracking the PPE providing list make sure comply with PPE regulation.
• Check, Issue work permits and monitor with contractor and relevant team to ensure sure comply with safety contractor management regulation.
• Investigate incident, accident; find root cause; corrective action - preventive action, make report and follow implementation until completion.
• Monitor the waste management process, make reports and propose improvement action.
• Organize the external training on Health - Safety - Environment as law.
• Conduct Safety, Environment, Sustainability internal training for employees as plan.
• Implement, consolidate the EHS, ESG document comply with regulation. Control the Safety, Environment, Sustainability master list.
• Make Safety, Environment, Sustainability report and submit to government as required law (reports on occupational safety and health, occupational accidents, chemical management report, environmental monitoring report, etc).
• Support Superior when having external audit.
• Consolidate all Safety, Environment, Sustainability data and analysis the trend, non-compliance.
• Make internal reports periodically.
• Propose the improvement action plan to enhance the Safety, Environment, Sustainability performance.
• Other duties as assigned from superior.
