Job description
Safety Supervision and Inspection:
Monitor and inspect compliance with safety regulations in the workplace.
Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by employees.
Inspect working conditions, machinery, and equipment to ensure safety before and during operations.
Risk Assessment and Prevention:
Identify potential hazards and propose preventive measures.
Develop risk assessment plans and emergency response strategies.
Training and Awareness Promotion:
Organize safety training sessions and workshops for employees and contractors.
Conduct internal communication on safety rules and standards.
Accident Investigation and Reporting:
Participate in the investigation of workplace accidents, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare periodic safety reports on incidents or emerging risks.
Document and Record Management:
Maintain and update occupational safety records (such as safety logs and incident reports).
Ensure that safety policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
Coordination with Departments:
Collaborate with departments and contractors to ensure seamless safety operations.
Assist management in planning long-term safety strategies and improving the working environment.
