Key responsibilities:
• Ability to travel locally.
• Ability to localize procedures and guidelines for trucking management
• Ability to deliver relevant HSSE training to trucking vendors
• Ability to audit the trucking vendors with Maersk standards
• Application of Maersk standards within local context
• Follow up & supervise duty working of security, maintenance, administration section
• Responsible for the CFS operations for nominated clients
• Assist CFS Operations Manager in ad-hoc tasks of operations at warehouse in case of need
• Liaise with Area HSSE Manager to implement HSSE standards and requirements for trucking vendors.
• Be an active participant within the Maersk VNM HSSE team.
• Roll out Maersk VNM HSSE training for trucking vendors
• Have oversight of Vietnamese Labor / HSSE / legal compliance/trucking compliance
• Conducts HSSE risk assessments and ensure corrective and preventive measures are undertaken for trucking vendors
• Investigates, analyzes and reviews incidents/accidents related to trucking vendors
• Audit subcontractors & follow-up to ensure adequate HSSE performance
• Providing support for country commercial and trucking compliance efforts
• Together with Procurement and Transport teams to manage the trucking vendor performance
Yêu cầu
• Graduated in relevant majors such as: Economic, Finance, Banking, Logistics or English.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Logistics (Warehouse/Distribution/HSSE) will be a plus.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Understand country logistics and business constraints
• Computer literate
• Minimum university education preferred
• Basic local regulation on Labor Law, Health-Safety and Environment
• Minimum 3 years of HR related and / or trucking management experience
