Job Description
The
Operation Supervisor (Hub) is responsible for managing the Hub and sort activities. He/ She is accountable for ensuring packages are sorted accurately and loaded onto appropriate trailers for movement to the next location. The Supervisor ensures loads are dispatched on time and to the appropriate locations. The Supervisor takes charge of Warehouse management (including Bonded warehouse, pending warehouse & Abandon warehouse) as well as monitoring Import/ Export Cargo flow, air capacity planning & cost control. This position supervises unloaders and sorters.

•Coordinates Hub, Sort, and Gateway Operations.
•Warehouse Management.
•Supports Air Hub Planning Processes.
•Monitors Safety Compliance.
•Manages vendors/suppliers' performance.
•Makes a budget and manages the cost.
•Plays the role of dangerous goods coordinator.
•Manages facility/infrastructure.
•Manages services to satisfy customers following the company's policies.
•Supervises and Develops Others.
•Works on/leads projects.
•Performs other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain
• Possess at least 5 years of working experiences
• Minimum 3 years of management skills
•Good written and spoken communication skill in Vietnamese and English Excellent knowledge in Hub operation and possess experience especially in Small package
•Strong Business and Financial acumen
•Development orientation
•Customer Centric with strong customer focus in handling internal and external stakeholders
•Proactive, results driven in decision making and problem solving
•Competent in Air Operation Tool & Knowledge
•Ability to work under pressure
•Perform morning or night shift
