Mô tả công việc
Propose programs, evaluate employee performance, and coordinate with the training department to develop training programs to improve/develop employee competencies and skills.
Plan and organize the recruitment, training, and development of human resources.
Monitor and forecast workforce fluctuations, plan workforce utilization and development.
Strategically plan human resources to support company operations and strategies effectively.
Develop and implement KPIs in departments to assess and manage employee performance effectively.
Establish and manage the salary scale in compliance with state regulations.
Develop and implement corporate culture initiatives.
Receive and address employee inquiries regarding benefits and company policies.
Update and disseminate legal regulations related to the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both employers and employees.
Collaborate and execute other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees within the company.

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Preference for candidates with expertise in KPI implementation and HR management software.
Strong capability in Learning & Growth, including designing training programs, assessing effectiveness, and enhancing employee competencies.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and wage regulations.
Fair, committed, and highly ethical in work.
