Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource Executive (Logistics, ID17914, 800USD):
Research and develop competency frameworks and competency dictionaries for each position.
Research, design, and implement internal HR-related policies and procedures.
Review, propose, and standardize a streamlined organizational structure aligned with the company's development strategy.
Participate in the development and standardization of corporate culture to be integrated into the operating system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to collect information and feedback, and adjust the competency framework accordingly.
Develop evaluation forms, support tools, and usage guidelines.
Communicate and guide employees and managers on performance evaluation processes and methods.
Support the implementation of other HR projects as assigned by management.

Male, 28 -35 years old,
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in C&B or similar HR management roles
Proven experience in developing and deploying HR systems such as competency frameworks, performance management systems, and compensation policies.
Fluent in English
