Mô tả công việc
Manage and executive all segments of human resources, including:
• HR Policy & Procedure: Create all policies and procedures related to HR, regulations of the company and ensure the abidance of all policies and procedure.
• Recruitment: Prepare the yearly recruitment plan, manage all steps of recruitment process including: source, screen, interview and recruit in co-ordination with hiring departments.
• Compensation & Benefits: Set up and control the implementation of salary structure, salary rank, compensation and benefits policies; monthly payroll, insurances and other benefits.
• Training & developing talent: Plan and push up the implement training activities within the hotels upon to the real training needs of the hotels; build up and process the company's succession plan.
• Employee Relations: Build up and reinforce the positive relations between the company and employees by creating the positive working environment, increasing the satisfaction and engagement of staff, solving and reducing workplace conflicts, etc.
• Developing Culture: Develop and reinforce organizational culture for a strong and consistent culture all over the group in accordance with the company's culture and core values.
• Prepare monthly reports to HR Director of Group and BOD.
• Prepare the related budget of the Human Resources department.
• Other tasks which are assigned by HRD or BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Good communication skill (in both Vietnamese and English).
• Good problem solving, leadership, influencing, persuading, interviewing skills.
• Deep knowledge about labor law; insurance law.
• High integrity and compliance with policy & procedure.
• Must be able to work independently with supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding question as problem solving.
• Must be familiar with all hotels procedures, regulations.
