PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Lead the Human Resources operations team to drive and implement HR initiatives, including talent attraction and recruitment, employee relations, communication and engagement, compensation and benefits, and HRIS management, to ensure the company's human resource strategy is effectively executed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Talent Acquisition & Attraction
- Lead initiatives and manage the implementation of talent acquisition and attraction strategies in alignment with the company's human resource direction
- Develop annual workforce planning for talent sourcing and talent pool building to meet the company's current and future staffing needs.
- Design and execute annual employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Establish and enhance sourcing channels to ensure broad access and visibility for open positions via online platforms, networking sites, social media, and internal announcements.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate external recruitment agencies and internal hiring policies and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for all levels of positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to hiring or rejection.
- Act as an organizational ambassador, educating candidates about the company and career opportunities.
Administer tests and assessments, interpret results, conduct reference checks, arrange applicant travel (if applicable), extend formal job offers, and coordinate with employment agencies and external vendors.
- Utilize candidate tracking system technology for seamless candidate interactions.
2/ Employee Relation, Engagement & Wellness Programs
- Develop and implement employee engagement and wellness programs to foster a positive, healthy, and productive work environment while enhancing internal and external employer branding.
- Analyze annual employee health assessments to identify prevalent risk factors and design targeted wellness programs aimed at improving employee health and well-being.
- Develop and promote incentive programs that encourage wellness and health improvements, increase awareness and participation.
- Engage leadership to support and reinforce a strong culture of wellness and well-being.
- Implement conflict resolution and prevention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key internal and external factors (e.g., EOS findings, exit/stay interviews).
3/ Culture Development & Deployment
- Drive the development and execution of initiatives that accelerate a value-driven culture and help employees integrate company values into their professional and personal lives:
- Develop and deploy culture elevation strategies through employee experiences, including change management and communication plans.
- Create and execute tailored socialization plans to promote cultural initiatives.
- Develop and implement market-specific campaigns for culture deployment activities.
4/ Employee Training & Development
- Lead the design and implementation of company-wide training and development programs to foster personal growth, leadership competencies, and overall employee skill enhancement.
5/ Internal Communications
- Develop and manage internal communication channels to effectively disseminate corporate and HR-related information to employees.
6/ Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
Oversee compensation and benefits, including payroll management, HRIS systems, and employee data administration.
7/ Office Administration
Lead and manage office administration functions to ensure efficient operations.

Yêu cầu
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with solid expertise in Talent Acquisition, Culture. Employee Relations & Engagement, Total Rewards, including a minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open-minded and business-savvy, demonstrating a people-centric mindset with a strong ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing key information while considering business-specific needs.
- Excellent people management abilities, with proven experience in leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve both organizational and individual success.
- Skilled in change management, with the capability to effectively lead and support teams during strategic and organizational transformations.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, ATS, and People Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
