Your Roles:
1. Talent Development:
• Find the right people who fit our culture and goals.
• Guide, support, encourage them on their learning and growth journeys.
• Launch organizational development interventions that inspire a high-performing team.
2. Culture Management:
• Design joyful, impactful culture initiatives that bring our core values & culture standards to real work and life.
• Help everyone live and breathe our unique culture for their best version and Dale's best version.
