Mô tả công việc
Objectives:
The Human Resources staff carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: HR information, Job analysis, recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, benefits, employee relations, compensation, organization development, executive administration to ensure the HR are managed effectively to contribute the company objectives.
Job description:
- Daily controlling attendance data: Time sheet, leave, overtime and other compensations...;
- Control and record HR documents such as employees database, annual leave,...
- Effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information and update the changed points. Monthly report HR information to Managers.
- Recruit the suitable person as required (Job posting, recruitment list, prepare the test, contact to candidate, interview, take part in selection...)
- Prepare Offer letter, Labour contract, renewed contract, Appendix labour contract...
- Conducting training programs to support all employees have professional knowledge and working skill.
- Finalize the leave procedures for resigned cases.
- Compute and record payroll data, maintain payroll record in accordance with established policies and procedure. Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping.
- In charge of Social Insurance tasks: Increasing, decreasing report, sickness & maternity claims, reconciliation...
- Establish, maintain and develop Company regulation, procedure to ensure the employment relation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed-up
- Annualy, implement competence evaluation and salary increase for all company.
- Co-operation with Union to hold-up Labour meeting, Labour dialogue...
- In charge of ISO <9001 - 2015>, ISO 14001 : 2015 & OHSAH 18001 : 2007.
- Hold up Summer Holiday, Year-end party,...
- Undertake any other duties as appropriate with in competence as required by Administration Manager and General Director

Requirement:
- Female, age under 35 years old
- Graduated from University in the field of Economics, Management or law
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Good command of English or Japanese.
- Fluent in application computer (Microsoft office, Excel, [protected info])
- Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail
- Confident, Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under high pressure
- Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, possess cultural awareness and have HR's sense
Salary: Negotiation
