Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and participate in recruitment activities.
Ensure recruitment and provision of sufficient workforce to meet the company's production and service needs.
Record the production manager's requirements regarding the quality of human resources to ensure full compliance.
Post job advertisements and organize the screening, sorting of resumes, and job applications sent by candidates.
Schedule interviews and provide support during the interview process, arranging and scheduling meetings.
Monitor and closely follow the company's programmers to provide timely support when needed.
Coordinate with other departments and staff as needed, review to ensure all documents are appropriate and content accurate.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding procedures.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
Experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Outstanding computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially typing.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in English (TOEIC or IELTS certificate is an advantage)
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Income:
Attractive basic salary up to 9.000.000 VND /month + KPI Bonus
Probation period: 2 months with 85% of the base salary.
Working time:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM
12 days of leave/ year (if passed probation)
