Mô tả công việc
- Ensure the recruitment of Teacher positions (Local) according to the approved schedule timely and effectively.
- Implement, manage and ensure the teacher records are updated and accurate as required.
- Plan and effectively manage recruiting budgets upon request.
- Coordinate to check the KPI results of Local teachers and Teachers' Assistants.
- Conduct surveys and interviews for Teachers/ Teachers' Assistants who quit their jobs (Local) when arising.
- Make reports on time and exactly as required.
Yêu cầu
- Working experience of 2 years or more in the field of personnel administration/recruitment
- English well in 4 skills
- Effective communication skill
- Honesty, careful, agile and high spirit in work
