Human Resources generalist - 3rd party contract full-time 2024SONY

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Employee/Employer Branding, Learning & Development and related procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with other member in HR team in order to help them with their HR operation tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Employer Branding:
Responsible for the development, execution and rollout of recruitment marketing activities, employer branding, and candidate experience programs.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition team and relevant stakeholders to ensure excellent onboarding experience for newcomers.
Support Talent Acquisition team to design, execute & manage logistics of annual Freshminds programs.
2. Employee Engagement
Responsible for the development, execution and rollout of staff engagement activities.
Be the contact point for all things Employee Engagement and work closely with all HR functions to roll out effective Employee Communication activities.
3. Learning & Development
Assist L&D PIC in planning & rolling out selective talent development programs.
Assist other HR operation tasks when necessary.
4. Other tasks as required by the line manager.
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 1 year experience in Employee Engagement/EB/L&D in multinational companies.
Good command of English.
Digital savvy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
