Mô tả công việc
i) To prepare, manage and follow up all related HR documents include but not limited to Job Description, offer letter, Labor Contract, decision, application form for Visa, Work permit, temporary residence card, contracts with third parties....
ii) To coordinate with agents or any third parties to process arrangements for Expat. (both arrival & leaving)
iii) To prepare any documents relating to HR registration / reports to authorities as applicable regulations
iv) To cooperate with other departments to support all local staffs and Expats. on all HR issues
v) To study and advise managers about labor law and solve HR related problems effectively
vi) To assist recruitment process
vii) To conduct any HR tasks instructed by HR assistant Manager/HR manager/Contract Manager
Yêu cầu
i) Gender : Male/ Female
ii) Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills
iii) Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills with Microsoft packages
iv) Experiences :
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a HR Generalist or equivalent position
- Minimum 2 years' Experience in recruitment
v) University Degree
vi) Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
vii) Good at solving problems
viii) Good knowledge of labor law
ix) Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
x) Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
xi) Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
