Mô tả công việc
- Develop plans, organize facilities, prepare budget plans
- Advise the Company's Board of Directors on Human Resources Management issues, helping to promote labor efficiency and utilize all Company resources.
- Human resource and labor management in the company
- Build a job evaluation system, internal rules - regulations, capacity and behavior of personnel.
- Check and review payroll and social insurance for employees monthly.
- Control and coordinate administrative work in the company
- Advise, report and make recommendations monthly to Lock&Lock parent company in Korea
- Other tasks assigned by GD, HR Headquarters.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Human resources management or other related major
- Understand Labor Law, Insurance Law and know how to apply it to the actual situation of the Company.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working at FDI companies with foreign workers.
- Good analytical skills and organizational skills.
- Computer skills: Good at Word, Excel, Power point
- At least 8 years working experience as Human Resources Manager position.
- Very fluent in Korean language (Speaking, writing and reading) is a mandatory
- Hard working, Honesty, Self-responsibility. Able to work under pressure.
- Good coordination/communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG is referred.
- Understand Labor Law, Insurance Law and know how to apply it to the actual situation of the Company.
