Mô tả công việc
· Based on the development needs of the Group for strategic planning and construction personnel manning personnel accordingly.
· Coordinate with the Head of Division to reconstruct the functions, duties / job descriptions of the positions / departments.
· Collaborate with the Head of department to develop criteria and process for KPIs evaluation. Implementing the KPIs system for all employees of the Group.
· Collaborate with the Head of ISO quality system construction. Applying the ISO system to all employees of the Group.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process. Make annual, quarterly and monthly plans to recruit, train and develop human resources
· Develop regulations compensation, benefits and incentives - stimulate employees to work.
· Build professional development programs for personnel
· Human resource planning in order to better serve production and business and strategy of the Group
· Consulting, advising the group leaders build a culture of conduct and professional ethics.
Yêu cầu
· Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, required
· 3+ years of HR management experience
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
· Highly to motivated: Self- driven, the ability to multi tasks, ability to solve problems
· Always keep working ethics and be a professional person
