Mô tả công việc
o Acting as an advisor to the Board of Director on setting up & developing HR policy, organization structure, talent management, performance management, total rewards, labor relation in compliance with Labor Code.
o Recruiting & developing a qualified workforce to align with a company's business plan.
o Setting up fair Compensation & Benefit policies and ensure the proper implementation of the policies, including salary, other allowances and, benefits.
o Making a plan and conducting new employee orientation training to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals.
o Working closely with Head of Department to develop Job Description system for every position of departments.
o Establishing, developing and maintaining the effective HR system, policies, processes that enable a professional environment & culture where employees are satisfied and motivated to contribute their great effort to the success of the company.
o Dealing with employee relations, in particular, staff discipline and grievances and provide guidance and advice to heads of departments on HR matters.
o Controlling all HR related issues in all offices as recruitment, training, probation contract, labor contract, employee relation, HR policies.
o Working closely with staff in regional offices to ensure a smooth operation and compliance with the Company's policies and labor regulation.
o Cooperating with relevant department to review the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 standard, maintaining and improving the quality management system if necessary.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification & Skills
o The candidate has a BA degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Economic or related majors.
o Good command of both spoken and written English.
o Five years of experience in human resource and administration management, preferably in FDI/multi-national companies.
o Having knowledge of labor code, social insurance law, PIT law.
o Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
o Good leadership and problem-solving skill.
o Strong experience in planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities in Human resources matter.

o Should be a positive thinker and open-minded.
o Self-starter with excellent dependability and integrity.
o Willingness to go extra miles, high level of adaptability.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer performance-based remuneration and compensation options are negotiable and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
