Mô tả công việc
Recruitment
- Get request and coordinate with hiring manager for recruitment/ posting the recruitment/ viewing, searching, contact candidates/ arrange interview.
Hiring: onboarding arrangement
- Contact chosen candidates / sending offer letter/ arrange onboarding/ pre-probation ending alert/ making labor contract.
Evaluation and Promotion
- Manage and alert the team managers to the evaluation and promotion for each team member ahead of time.
- Provide the information to support for the smooth evaluation process and give the advice/ explanation (if any)
Social Insurance notification
- Notify the social insurance office any changing of manpower, salary or claim social insurance (sick, pregnancy, maternity, accidents) for employees.
- Monthly make the sheet of social insurance in correct and timely manner.
Compensation and benefits
- Manage the attendance/ PTO, OT to support for calculating salary monthly.
- Ensure employees get compensations and benefits from the company as the policy/ regulation.
Resignation process
- Get the resignation form and guide employee how to exit the company as Labor law and company's regulation,and follow up the resignaiton prodedure.
- Liaise with the resigned employee to hand over the social insurance sheets and resignation decision properly.
Employee database management, training
- Introduce onboarding employees about the Organization, regulation, and benefits pattern.
- Update the employee's data in/out exactly and sufficiently.
- Record employee documentation both system and hardcopies.
- Manage the career length of employees and keep updated to support to make the reports.
- Personnel system planning, management of company key data, and government office-related work.
Administration collaboration
- Handle the stuff of applying entry approval for foreigner visitors, making Work Permit.
- Arrange health check-ups for employees annually.
- Addressing the company's announcement (new policies, regulation, events.)
Reporting tasks
- Daily attendance/absence report to President.
- Making the reports as the request of President, Senior HR-GA manager, and team managers
- HR data analysis reports (average tenure, turnover)
- Making the E-approval for exceptional cases (to be instructed by HR/GA manager or President)
- Proceed the payment on EKP before/ at end of month.
- Other duties, tasks, projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from College/ University
- 7-12 years of experience in human resources/ office management but at least 3 years of managerial experience in human resources.
- Experience with HR system and ERP system.
- Thorough understanding labor law and related employment law.
- Proven leadership skill in managing team effectively.
- Working at a company with the scope of 150 headcounts is preferred.
- Good attitude, good listener, confidentiality manner, positive-thinking teamwork, and adaptability
- Computer literacy
- English communication
- The latest photo should be shown on the resume.
- 7-12 years of experience in human resources/ office management but at least 3 years of managerial experience in human resources.
