Mô tả công việc
Designing and operating human resources management systems
Participate in updating: procedures, personnel management regulations.
Participate in updating: company directorate's internal communication policies, programs, and messages.
Comprehensive Human Resources Management: Appointment, dismissal, relocation, transfer, evaluation, planning, and discipline of employees;
Management of employee records, workers, continuously and accurately updating 100% of personnel information;
Recruitment of labor according to the requirements of departments and the development orientation of the company;
Coordinate with department heads to conduct personnel evaluations and staffing planning;
Provide orientation training for new employees on procedures, regulations, and corporate culture integration.
Labor relations management, human resources policies, handling arising conflicts
Update legal documents: taxes, social insurance, labor laws to propose regulations, personnel forms, and policies consistent with the company's direction and legal requirements.
Manage salary, rewards, and social insurance benefits for employees. Propose human resource policies on appropriate benefits for employees in the company's salary and bonus fund forecast.
Handling arising conflicts in labor relations.
Participate in updating regulations, rules, operational procedures, coordination, and department functions
Propose updates to the company's general regulations.
Participate in updating coordination procedures between departments.
Planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising all human resources-related activities
Plan recruitment, training, and development of human resources on a quarterly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Evaluate human resource development through human resource policies - promotion policies, transfers, replacements.
Propose updates to salary, rewards, disciplinary measures, and employee welfare schemes.
Propose and organize the implementation of internal communication programs - corporate culture to accurately convey the core values of the company and leadership messages to all employees.
Implementing regular reporting regimes and as required by the General Director

Yêu cầu
Educational background, specialized qualifications: University degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
Experience: At least 03 years in an equivalent position.
Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages: English, Chinese is an advantage.
Knowledge:
Deep expertise in personnel management.
Deep knowledge of labor law, insurance law, and related legal knowledge in the field of human resources.
Able to handle high pressure and have high responsibility in work.
Commitment to and success in work.
Experience: At least 03 years in an equivalent position.
