Position summary: The Human Resources Manager (
HR Manager) will manage HR, Admin and IT activities of the company including but not limited to HR planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Training, Total Rewards, Labor Relations, other HR functions and all Admin & IT functions. This role may require, but is not limited to, performing and managing all HR, Admin and IT functions to ensure the operations related to the Personnel and HR areas of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Coordinate with all departments to establish the annual workforce plan & organizational structure.
• Directly responsible for developing an annual plan & budget in consultation with The Chief Executive Officer.
• Nurture a positive working environment. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, policies and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain pay plan and develop benefits program.
• Undertake an annual review of performance management and improvement requirements.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Ensure department operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Administration & IT Management
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Organize and supervise administrative activities (renovations, engagement, event planning etc.).
• Participate in building a filing system (soft /hard copy) clearly, easy to understand and searchable.
• Coordinate with IT service provider to provide IT services and consulting for the Company.
• Monitor Admin & IT costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Team Development & Management
• Responsible for the overall management of HR department and functions of HR, Admin & IT.
• Directly responsible for the achievement of HR strategic targets & key performance indicators (KPI) for team as well as mentoring team member(s) to achieve their goals for the year.
Required skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience (Experience in Management Role is a plus) as HR and/or
Admin Manager.
• Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
• Strong communication skills, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, labor law, C&B, ...
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
