Working Hours: 8:30AM - 05:30AM, Mon-Fri
Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and related HR administrative processes to ensure efficient staffing operations and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
1. Recruitment
- Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate selection, including posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidates.
- Ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates by working with recruitment vendors and using effective sourcing strategies.
- Actively participate in candidate interviews, conduct phone screenings, and handle salary and benefits negotiations.
- Provide a seamless communication channel for candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
2. Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including contract preparation, documentation, and system registration.
- Ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company culture and have the resources they need for a successful start.
3. Offboarding & Exit Process
- Oversee the offboarding process, including preparing exit documentation, conducting exit interviews, and gathering feedback.
- Ensure a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
4. Contract Management
- Manage contract renewal process, including preparing evaluation forms, notifying department leaders, and gathering feedback.
- Ensure clarity around contract terms, including salary and benefits, for both employee and department leaders.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all HR processes comply with internal policies and labor laws.
- Prepare recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding reports as required by management.
- Regularly review and update company policies to ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience.
6. Others
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
