The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting and engaging high-quality talent, including international and English-speaking educators, and high-potential candidates with strong academic profiles, including those from prestigious universities and recipients of notable scholarships or academic distinctions. This role also contributes to building a strong employer brand and a positive, inclusive, and aspirational school culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition

+ Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple channels, including international job boards, professional networks, university partnerships, referrals, and social mediaplatforms.
+ Partner closely with school leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles aligned with the school's academic vision and culture. Screen applications, coordinate interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the recruitment process through offer and onboarding stages.
+ Support recruitment activities for hard-to-fill and strategic roles, especially those requiring strong English proficiency, international experience, or a proven record of academic excellence.
2. Employer Branding
- Strengthen the school's reputation as an employer of choice for both local and international talent.

+ A professional and internationally oriented workplace;
+ Opportunities for growth, innovation, and educational impact.
+ Create engaging recruitment content for the school website, social media, job advertisements, and talent campaigns.
+ Position the school attractively to candidates who value academic excellence, international standards, and meaningful career development.
+ Promote the school to audiences such as overseas teachers, English-speaking professionals, and top graduates from reputable universities.
3. People Culture & Engagement
- Contribute to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture where both local and international staff feel valued and supported.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, well-being, and professional connection across the school community.
- Support onboarding experiences that help new hires, especially overseas and expatriate staff, adapt smoothly to the school environment and culture.
- Organize and support internal activities that reinforce the school's values, celebrate achievements, and build a strong sense of community.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner in promoting a workplace culture that is professional, caring, ambitious, and aligned with the school's mission.
4. Strategic Collaboration & Reporting
- Propose and carry out recruitment and culture strategies that align with the school's long-term development goals.
- Track recruitment performance, talent pipeline quality, employer branding outcomes, and employee engagement data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness, candidate quality, and staff retention.
- Monitor hiring trends in both local and international education markets to ensure the school remains competitive in attracting top talent.
5. Other tasks within the position's scope of work if not described above, in the Human Resources Department.
