This position is in charge of delivering a high quality and consistent Human Resources (HR) service to employees and managers of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc that included but not limit for expatriates and local employees relocation services and whole pack of various items of benefit for the local and the expatriate employees. This position is a key assistance to Human Resources Manager in leading and developing the C&B process, database and in meeting all the tasks/target of C&B team in daily/monthly activities on time.
This one will work with her/his team and with other functional managers and peers to run the HR services system properly in compliance with HR policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the standard of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc and Vietnam Labor Law.
Responsibilities:
Support
HR Manager in supervising daily HR operations and team performance.
Manage compensation & benefits programs, including insurance, payroll-related matters, and employee welfare in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Communicate and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and HR system accuracy to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare reports, conduct market benchmarking, and stay updated on labor regulations and C&B practices.
Train and support department users on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Handle employee concerns, maintain workplace harmony, and support HR projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience as HR Supervisor; hotel/casino/resort experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, mandatory insurance, PIT, and labor regulations.
Experience with HR systems/projects (Cadena experience is an advantage).
Fluent in English and good communication in Vietnamese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
