- Assist in planning and coordinating internal events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Design and develop communication materials, such as posters, videos, and digital content, to support HR events and programs.
- Support in conducting hotel tours and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Handle the sending, receiving, and filing of HR documents and records.
- Assist in preparing training materials and updating learning resources.
- Help track employee participation and feedback for training and engagement programs.
- Provide administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives and other HR projects as required.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure smooth execution of employee related activities.
Yêu cầu
- Currently studying Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with basic design or video editing skills is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with design tools is an advantage.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
