- Advise and develop a system of policies, regulations and rules related to the model, organizational structure, activities, and human resource management for the whole system as assigned.
- Participate in annual HR costs for the whole system.
- Participate in the decentralization development of operation scale for business units.
- Participate in development of performance management services.
- KPIs (instructions, forms, evaluation scales).
- Participate in the development of annual network management policy.
- Participate in the development of headcount planning for the whole system.
- Update form, policies and regulations related to HR works.
- Participate in the development of salary and bonus policies in accordance with strategies, positions, titles, and
business development programs from time to time.
- Participate in the implementation and management of HR policies after promulgation.
- Support and guide, answer questions of the unit in the implementation of policies, regulations and rules related to human resources.
- Implement, guide to measure KPIs for Head Office units, business units, employees and summarize reports on evaluation results.
- Participate in other HR projects of bank.
- Collect feedback from units and propose solutions/improvements to meet quality & efficiency requirements in HR policy development at bank.
- Periodic and ad hoc reports as require.
- Ad-hoc assigned projects.
