JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
1. Fixed Assets Management
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register including creation of asset master data (FA card), posting in ERP system, and monthly depreciation.
Coordinate and conduct physical fixed asset verification and reconciliations.
Support year-end asset count and asset revaluation (if required).
2. Cash Flow & Bank payment:
Prepare and process bank payments (local and foreign currency), ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and timely execution.
3. Accounts Payable Management:
Review, verify and clarify supporting documents before processing payments to suppliers. Monitor due dates and assist in preparing AP aging reports and payment schedules
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or related field.
Experience:
Experience working in international or matrix organizations is a plus, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup.
Soft Skills:
At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting, inventory ,fixed asset management
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheets and accounting software (SAP Hana an advantage);
English proficiency (both written and spoken);
Careful, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability;
Good communication and teamwork skills
