Location: Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hai Phong
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
• Review technical drawings and specifications with architects and engineers.
• Conduct design reviews for civil & structural works and support contractor/consultant pre-qualification.
Project Execution & Monitoring
• Support project management for RBH/RBF/RBW and industrial construction projects.
• Supervise construction from pre-construction to completion and handover.
• Monitor site progress, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues related to civil and structural works.
• Prepare regular project updates and monthly progress reports.
HSSE Compliance
• Ensure contractors comply with company HSSE standards and safety plans.
• Record and report safety incidents according to company policies and local regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with HQ D&M team, procurement, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Organize regular coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
Other Duties
• Maintain project documentation (contracts, permits, inspection records, reports).
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in civil & structural design, project management, and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, building & fire safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Experience with Ready-Built Warehouses (RBW) / Ready-Built Factories (RBF) projects is a plus.
• Experience in precast concrete design or construction preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation/reporting.
• Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in teams.
• Good English communication (written & spoken).
• Willing to travel or relocate to project sites when required.
