We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC engineers/consultants and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to HVAC engineering. In addition, they may be responsible for evaluating the performance of HVAC engineers and providing feedback.
HVAC Engineer provides application requirements/needs analysis, design, documentation, testing or modification, and
implementation of multifaceted computer systems and/or complex machine operating systems based on and related to user or system design specifications.
Responsibilities
1. Taking responsibility for all project aspects, reporting to the president of the company.
2. Provide information to the appropriate
Project Manager as required to support the preparation of White Papers and/or ACT
requests for project funding.
3. Coordinate the efforts of installation technicians and mechanics engaged in HVAC system installation and modification to
ensure a cost-effective and timely completion.
4. Design of mechanical building services from initial concept through to detailed design.
5. Services design heating, ventilation, cooling, pipework systems, and plant areas.
6. Producing HVAC LTPRs for several buildings.
7. Production of design documentation.
8. Technical support to both the project team and clients.
9. Responsibility for all aspects of assigned project work with an established team.
10. Support more junior members of the team, act as a technical mentor.
11. Support senior managers running the commercial and contractual side of projects.
Yêu cầu
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH
1. Strong in leadership, problem-solving, communication, mentor, and guidance skills.
2. Minimum 5-10 years' experience in electrician trade; in HVAC/refrigeration trade; in Plumbing/Piping; in emergency backup systems (generators, UPS, ...); in Boiler Operations with a Stationary Engineers; High-Pressure Boiler Operators license.
3. 05+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC mechanical engineering field.
4. Experience in the design of the HVAC (Central cooling plant, chilled water piping distribution, air duct distribution, variable air volume systems, ventilation, DX systems, VRF).
5. Having Clean Room Design Experience in manufacturing is preferable.
6. Ability to design and plan HVAC Zoning and system design based on User Requirements and architecture room layout following the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) concept is a must.
7. Attending and conducting client meetings to clearly understand job/owner requirements and expectations. Includes, project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings.
8. List any licenses or certifications required by the position: CFC, HVAC, EPA, LEED, EIT, PMP, AP, USGBC.
9. Education for HVAC Engineer or Master Degree HVAC education.
10. Having a Profession Practicing Class I Certificate is compulsory.
