IE/ CI/ Operational Excellence Specialist (Work Location: VSIP 2 - Binh Duong)

Reporting to the Production Head, this position will be in charge of work instructions creation, training and development, and OE program implementation in the front line.
Ensure all production tasks are done in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Create & update work instruction to support SOPs.
Cooperate with related department to build and update official work instructions.
Provide relevant training to front line leaders & operators based on work instructions. Ensure training records are updated. Promote right first time mindset.
Work with Technical Services team during validation runs to ensure that proper manufacturing techniques are captured in the work instructions.
Use industrial engineering techniques to improve the manufacturing processes.
Identify the productive and unproductive times of the equipment of the production area and plan for improvement.
Analyze data, reports, and process in order to improve the productivity.
Maintain and update all IE data.
Improve production cycle time of work centers by line balancing, work place design, time study / standard times studies, material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and losses, improvement of OEE/Asset Efficiency, or other operational excellence tools.
Support manufacturing to implement KAIZEN ideas. Suggest improvement projects.
Implement Operational Excellence (OE) program in tandem with Plant OE Coordinator and in coordination with the Plant Director.
Other tasks as may be assigned by management.
