As IE engineer, support the production teams during the launch of new products and improve current production for cost saving.As IE engineer, support the production teams during the launch of new products and improve current production for cost saving.
- Work with team to evaluate the labor cost during new products introduction, to provide the robust quoted labor requirement and continuously to drive its reduction after mass production.
- Define the working instructions during the products pilot, and continuously to maintain and improve it during mass production.
- Work with Quality engineers and Production supervisors to identify and solve problems on daily operation, to study and find out the root causes of problems and define solutions to prevent them happened again.
- Work with manufacturing engineers to define the robust jigs & fixtures on production lines and continuously to improve them through Poka-Yoke methodologies.
- Logistics analysis to material flow to drive efficiency improvements.
- Design layout of equipment/material/workspace to illustrate the maximum efficiency.
- Work with CI team to implement Kaizen activities to optimize the labor cost and save material cost.
This position will be based in Củ Chi Factory, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1,9,10,11,12, Tan Binh, Thu Duc, Hoc Mon/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree of Industrial engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electronic-Eletrical Engineering or related majors.
- Minimum 03-years experience as IE/process engineer in manufacturing environment
- Process Mapping Analysis
- Lean/Six sigma
- AutoCAD 2D, 3D (refer)/ Minitab. Flexism
- Data Analysis skill
- Microsoft: excel/word/ppt/teams; MES
- Critical thinking & Logic thinking
- English 4 skills: listen/speak/read/write (medium or above)
- Communication & Presentation
- Teamwork
