Mô tả công việc
- In charge of IE department activities, create develop plan for IE team; lead the team for the efficiency improvement activities and project developing the team's capabilities to meet current and future business requirements.
- Set up factory's capacity plan in short term, long term and build up sewing layout for all styles.
- Training new sewers and set up incentive scheme for workers every month.
- Ensure implementation of incentive schemes and calculate incentives against the module efficiencies and verify / transfer information to relevant departments.
- Factory cost analysis then work out with related departments to optimize and cost management (utilization of machines, space, materials...)
- Identify & oversee the implementation of process improvement activities for production, IE & Work Study to minimize the non-value added me of value-stream processes.
- Oversee the functioning & maximum utilization of the General Sewing Data (GSD) System, update the system with relevant data and ensure its accuracy (e.g.: variances in SMVs etc.) and train Work-study teams at plants on the GSD System.
- Other duties requested by Board of director.
Yêu cầu
- Over 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity in garment manufacturing
- Good knowledge of production control/Garment industry and knowledge of GSD (General Sewing Data)
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (4 skills)
- Self driven, team player, motivated, with good analytical and numerical skills
- Leadership and management, communication skill, professional and commitment.
- Quickly get adaptable, able to work under high pressure.
