Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the expenditure activities of the center, including payments, advances, cash deposits into bank accounts, and refunds of tuition fees to students.
- Record and manage fixed assets. Prepare payment vouchers or bank reconciliation statements.
- Verify input and output VAT taxes.
- Conduct regular or surprise cash, inventory, fixed asset, and equipment audits.
- Account for and control costs of new projects and facilities.
- Coordinate the development and provide guidance on the expenditure process for departments/branches.
Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly expenditure reports.
- Prepare tax reports for monthly and quarterly submissions, including contractor tax and individual income tax for freelance employees.
- Other tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as instructed by direct supervisors or the chief accountant.
Work location: District 7, Tan Phu.
Skill Requirements
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, dynamism, and creativity.
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with accounting software.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Required Education and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing.
